Village Board

The Village of Malcolm Board acts as the legislative branch of our government, as well as its policy-making body. The Board looks to our community's goals, major projects and infrastructure improvements ranging from community growth to land use to finances and strategic planning. The Board's goal is to do the very best to represent their constituents after they've seen to the needs of the community as a whole.

 Village Board meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month.

The Public is welcome and encouraged to attend meetings. The Public can voice concerns during the Public Input portion of the meeting. If a citizen would like to add a topic to the meeting agenda for consideration, please contact the Village Clerk to be placed on the agenda.

Notice for all public meetings, along with agendas, are posted in advance of the meeting. Minutes are posted after meetings have concluded.
